Canada loves you, spreading the word, consider coming to Canada, plat at Opera House, Massey Hall? Dakota Tavern? Love your band, love the music, thank you for making my life richer, Courtland
Thanks Courtland! We'd love to... those are some legendary venues. Hopefully we make it back to our fine northern neighbors this year!
Less of a question, and more of just a thank you:
I just discovered your band a month ago, on the day of my first son's birth (Silas Apollo Panich - born March 5 in Glens Falls New York) via AmazonPrime, and have listened to both the Weather Below and the self titled album at least once a day ever since. Today is my 33rd birthday, and I just wanted you to know that it is a particularly good one, not only because I'm a new father, but also because of your music. I feel like I've waited my entire life to hear you all (perfection through and through, from the amazing vocal talent to the bluesy horns), and I just wanted to thank you for making such a profound, positive difference in my daily life. I hope to someday see you in Upstate New York (Capital District) or NWestern Massachusetts, perhaps at the Albany Egg Theater, Saratoga Springs' outdoor SPAC venue, or Mass MoCA, which would be -hands down- the three greatest venues in New England for a band as talented as yourselves.
I'm always looking to try out a new harp. What kind you using? Until now, I've mostly stuck with Hohner stuff, but they've started lacking in quality...Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds responded on 04/14/2016
